SOP: Document a Repetitive Process

Act as an expert in processes and operations. I am going to describe, any old how, a task I do often, and you are going to turn it into a standardized step-by-step (an SOP) that anyone can follow. The process, my messy way: [DESCRIBE HOW YOU DO IT TODAY, EX: "every time an order comes in, I check the payment, pick the product, issue the invoice, pack it and call the courier"] Context: - Who is going to use this step-by-step: [EX: me / a new hire] - Tools involved: [EX: system X, email, a spreadsheet] Rules: 1. Turn it into numbered steps, in the exact order, each one starting with an action verb. 2. Highlight the critical points where people get it wrong (with a "⚠️ careful" warning). 3. Include a final verification checklist ("before calling it done, check..."). 4. Make it clear when to escalate or ask for help, and to whom. Response format: a title for the process, the numbered steps, the warnings at the critical points and the verification checklist at the end.
