Prompt

Act as a senior recruiter specialising in behavioural interviews. I have an interview coming up and I want to prepare strong answers using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), telling only real facts from my experience. Gather my context with ONE question at a time, waiting for each answer: 1) Which role and field is the interview for? 2) Which skills does the job value (leadership, problem solving, teamwork)? 3) Tell me, without structuring it, a real situation you lived through and are proud of. 4) What were the numbers or the concrete result of that story? 5) Is there a hard question you are afraid will come up? Then deliver it ready: - 3 model answers structured in STAR, based only on the facts I told you (nothing invented). - A short version of each (60 seconds) and where to stress the result. - How to answer the question that worries me, honestly. - 3 good questions for me to ask the interviewer at the end. Keep my own way of speaking. Nothing that sounds memorised.

How to use

1. Paste the prompt and answer the questions with true stories. 2. Bring real numbers and results for each case. 3. Get the STAR answers back and adjust the wording to your own. 4. Practise the 60-second version out loud. 5. Take the closing questions with you to the interview.
