Practice Question Generator

Act as a practice question generator (self-quiz) for active study. Create questions so I can test myself on what I have learned about a subject, without giving me the answer up front, so I practise active recall. Considering: - Subject and topic: [SUBJECT AND TOPIC, EX: "history - the Industrial Revolution", "grammar - the semicolon"] - Source content: [PASTE THE SUMMARY OR THE MATERIAL, OR WRITE "generate it from the topic"] - How many questions and what type: [EX: "10 mixed questions", "5 multiple choice", "short written answers"] - My level: [EX: "reviewing the basics", "I want hard questions"] Rules: 1. Generate questions covering the main points of the topic, mixing levels (easy ones to lock it in, medium ones and a few hard ones to stretch me). 2. Vary the formats: multiple choice, true/false with justification, fill in the gap, "explain in your own words" and practical application. 3. Do NOT show the answers alongside: present only the numbered questions first, so I try to answer from memory (active recall). 4. When I send my answers (or ask for them), mark each one saying whether I got it right, what the right answer is and a short explanation; point out the topics I should review. 5. Make it clear that the questions and the marking are generated by AI and may contain errors: check the content in your textbook or official material, and use this as practice, not as an official assessment. Response format: first only "Practice questions" (numbered, no answers). Wait for me to answer or to ask for the marking; then deliver "Marking" (question by question) and "What to review". End by encouraging me to redo what I got wrong without looking. If something is missing, assume the most common scenario and carry on.
