I sent the quote of [AMOUNT - EX: 380 dollars] on [WHEN - EX: August 2], through [CHANNEL - EX: WhatsApp], and I have had no answer since. Up to that point the conversation was [HOW IT WAS - EX: lively, they asked about flavor and lead time]. The last thing they wrote was [THEIR LAST LINE - EX: I will check at home and get back to you]. The job would be for [DEADLINE - EX: a party at the end of the month].\n\nTask: write the messages to revive this client without sounding pushy, and tell me when to send each one.\n\nRules:\n1. No message starts by asking for an answer. Each one has to carry something new: a deadline running out, a cheaper option, a photo of similar work or a question left hanging.\n2. Three messages, and only three. The first two or three days after the quote, the second a week later, the third to close it out.\n3. Write the way people talk on the channel I named: short sentences, no \"Dear\", no email paragraph and no decoration.\n4. The third one is the closing message: say you are going to release the date or stop holding the price, with no drama and no guilt. It is the one that most often gets an answer.\n5. Also write the ready reply for the three most likely comebacks: \"it is expensive\", \"let us leave it for later\" and silence again.\n6. Do not invent a discount I did not offer. If you suggest a condition, say up front what it costs me.\n7. No made-up scarcity. Only cite a deadline, a schedule or a price written here in the context.\n\nResponse format: the three messages ready to copy, each with the suggested day to send it and one line explaining why it works. Then a short block with the replies to the three objections. At the end, one sentence on what to do if they answer none of the three.","_como_usar":"A quote sent and silence on the other side is almost always forgetfulness, not a no. This prompt builds the three revival messages and tells you the day to send each one. It works in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.\n\n1. Fill in the brackets with what actually happened. The last line the client wrote is what decides the tone of the first message.\n2. Send the first one two or three days after the quote; the next day it reads as chasing money.\n3. Copy the whole message, do not swap it for a \"just checking in\". Whoever reminds the client of their own deadline gets an answer; whoever asks for an answer does not.\n4. If \"it is expensive\" comes back, go to the objection block before dropping the price. A price that falls on its own teaches the client to wait.\n5. Send the third one even when you are sure it is pointless. It is the closing message, and it is the one that makes the phone ring.\n\nTip: keep the three in a notes app on your phone. A client going quiet is routine, and rewriting everything each time is what makes people drop the follow-up halfway.","_views":35,"_likes":0,"_nota_sum":0,"_nota_count":0,"_nota_avg":0,"_nota_weight":0,"_i18n_grupo":1833},"macro":[3],"subcategoria":[174],"prompt_tag":[206,229,134],"ferramenta":[13,14,15],"class_list":["post-1375","prompt","type-prompt","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","macro-text","subcategoria-sales","prompt_tag-customer","prompt_tag-message","prompt_tag-negotiation","ferramenta-chatgpt","ferramenta-claude","ferramenta-gemini"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/prompt\/1375","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/prompt"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/prompt"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1376"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1375"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"macro","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/macro?post=1375"},{"taxonomy":"subcategoria","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/subcategoria?post=1375"},{"taxonomy":"prompt_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/prompt_tag?post=1375"},{"taxonomy":"ferramenta","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/prompteiro.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ferramenta?post=1375"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
